As building surveyors, we do not follow the RICS standard form of 3 levels of building survey reports.     Hamish James Associates provides a detailed, thorough level of building inspection.

1 Memo-style report, with a few photographs and more of a summary of what we have found.

2 Full Survey Reports, which go into a longer description of the building, more detailed commentary on what is found, and provide Building Surveyors' guestimates of the cost of repairs.

We have found over the years that clients prefer this report style from a building surveyor.
