Party Walls

We have extensive experience and Knowledge of Party Wall matters, acting for both the Building Owner (Developer) and Adjoining Owners (Neighbour).

For both small and large domestic commercial projects.  Over the last 20 years.

We have worked on Richmond House for the House of Parliament as the Building Owner's Surveyor. This project was valued at £1 billion. 

As well as on Portcullis House and the Westminster underground station works.  

Provisionally appointed building owners' party wall surveyors for the House of Lords with regard to their then proposed projects.

 Unfortunately, the Boris Government cancelled the enabling works for the House of Commons to be decamped.  So, the appointment ended. 

HJA is to look after the party wall and our appointed owners' interest in it.   

This allows us to act in the best interest of the Party Wall and our appointing owners' interest in the wall.
