Planned Maintenance Programs & Related Activities

Planned maintenance programs are prepared to allow clients to budget for building repairs, improvements to their property(ies), and estate maintenance.

We have in the past undertaken these for large corporations on their leased estate, large investment funds, and local and national government.   As well as for single buildings and r the estate, large and small.

1.      We have also undertaken a survey of the portfolio of buildings

2.      Staff facilities upgrades

3.      Building height surveys to ascertain floor heights and to comply with the Building Fire Safety Act 2022 in relation to buildings over 18 meters and 11 meters.
