We have been appointed as expert witnesses and have prepared to go to court. The case settled days before the hearing.

Our aim is to be as open as possible so that each party can come to a settlement as early as possible.  But with an understanding that we may be called upon to give evidence in person in court.

Our report and advice have led to early settlements, minimising costs for both parties.
